Keystone Petroleum Equipment has the capability to take your project from conception to the drawing board, including 3-D renderings of the project. We can either work with you on a retrofit project in lieu of an engineering firm, or on a full ground up project as a complement to the project engineer. When working as a complement to your main engineer, since our phase of the project does not warrant a professional engineer, we use our experience to work directly with your engineer. We are able to generate and send the required petroleum equipment details in CADD format, as well as advise them in the nuances of the petroleum industry, such as typical dimensions between pumps, typical canopy height and which side the tanker truck offloads.

After the local approvals for land development are granted, we are fully capable of handling the acquisition of L&I permits, state DEP permits, local variances, special exceptions, local building and sign permits.
