In an effort to better serve our customers in the internet
age, Keystone Petroleum Equipment will be rolling out a
subscription based services web site. This will be a modular
approach with a customer able to choose the module(s) that
is best suited for his needs.
The first module which was deployed in 2003 is System Sentinel
Anyware (SSA). This allows for inventory monitoring of your
tank monitor as well as DEP/EPA compliance monitoring for
item that the tank monitor is currently responsible for.
The second module which is currently in beta testing and
is scheduled for deployment in quarter two of 2008 is a
compliance tracking database. This will work seamlessly
with the SSA module or will work without it if a customer
is not using the SSA module. This web based application
is a hosted database of your sites compliance methods. It
features detailed site compliance reporting as well as sending
email alerts when items are due for periodic testing. Existing
construction customers of Keystone Petroleum Equipment will
have access to copies of all paperwork filed to the state
on a per site basis.
The third module, scheduled for deployment in quarter four
of 2008 will be fuel forecasting application. This will
work as a stand alone module, but will be more efficient
and is aimed at the customers of the SSA module. It will
allow for an aggressive approach to fuel needs forecasting
based on customer supplied variables such as; terminal locations,
truck capacities, fleet size, driver man hour availability,
fuel price specials, etc. Fuel usage is automatic and is
supplied via the SSA module.
The final fee based module is due to be released in late
2008 to early 2009 and will be a direct interface into our service
departments software package. This will allow a customer
to access a sites service history as well as initiate a
service call, check status on existing calls, etc..
The free service we currently offer to our existing customers is our E Commerce
module. This ties directly into our accounts receivable (AR)
system and allows an existing credit customer the ability
to purchase inventory items, check AR status, view and print
previous invoices, etc.
